  We are very happy with our home built by Barn Livin’! We have been in our new home for almost a year now and it still feels like a dream. Sue and Jen took our vision of everything we wanted in our home and took it to the next level. They gave us ideas and suggestions of things we could do to make things even greater than we expected. They were with us every step of the way. Sue, Jen and team of contractors were top notch and answered all of our questions throughout the whole process.

  We really enjoyed the process of creating a plan and blueprint with Sue and Jen. We knew basically what we wanted, but they helped us work through some of our ideas to form a better plan for either the area or aging in place. We ended up with the perfect cabin for us for construction and permitting. We really appreciated them working within our tight timeframe.

  Building a custom home was more work than I had ever imagined, but working with Barn Livin made it as smooth as possible. Sue, Jen, and the entire project team were wonderful to work with, always answering my (numerous) questions along the way. I've been living in my small custom home for several months now, and I'm in love. I got my dream home, nestled on my dream property, and I'm extremely grateful!

  We've been living in our Barn-Livin' home for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased with how everything has turned out! Sue and Jen are highly knowledgable and were able to incorporate all of our ideas into a truly custom home that exceeded our expectations walking into the home building process. Our building location was outside of their typical build radius, but they guided us through the process of working with our local building inspectors and contractors to keep the project moving. We really appreciated the opportunity to be involved in the entire process from the design phase the whole way through the build phase. We can't imagine building a home any other way!   We started the process of building thinking we'd be our own general contractor. It quickly became stressful and very complicated. We were referred to Barn-Livin by our local building inspector. We scheduled a meeting with Sue and Jen at their model home, and are so thankful our plans changed. We were immediately impressed with their knowledge and expertise. Living across the road from where our new home was being built, allowed us to be involved in the day to day process. It was truly an enjoyable experience getting to know, and work with all the different crew members. They shared that some of them had been working together for several years. Their mutual respect was obvious. Their coordination, high level of skill and craftsmanship impressive. Barn-Livin takes an organic approach, allowing the homeowner to be fully involved. We were able to make changes and incorporate our additional ideas into the project. We felt listened to throughout the whole process.
