On 9/23/24 I purchased a system from the Monroe Avenue, Rochester, NY store. I was told that this system would alleviate the pain that I was experiencing in my heels and in my back. I was measured and given sneaks with inserts to try. The sneaks were very large and I said I did not want them. The sales person said that not taking them was only worth $20. I went through the whole procedure and was convinced that their system would help so I agreed to buying it. I charged it but the actual bill was not visible until after signing the pad and I didn't look at it until after I got home. When I looked at the bill I saw the breakdown of the items. I was charged $240 for 8 sets of cushions, sized 7-8 1/2 which are too large for any of my shoes. When you are paying that kind of money, shouldn't the cushions be your exact size? The cushion inserts were large and even when cut down, don't fit in any shoes I have, only their sneakers. The sneakers were listed at $140 not $20 and were a size 7 1/2 D. My size has always been 7 1/2 B. The store is offering exchanges but not a full refund. They said that the "bundling" credit of $180 should make up for the charges. The pain in my heels is relieved when I wear their arch supports (which hurt my arches) because it is taking the stress off my heels, but not when I wear their regular arch inserts because nothing is supporting my arches. Back pain is still there. I have done the routine judiciously and don't expect results immediately, however I have no trust in these people because their business practices are very shady. When you don't see an itemized bill until after you have signed your credit card authorization, something is rotten in Denmark. At 86 years old, I should have learned that by now. Discussion with the store manager got me nowhere. They will only exchange items, not give a full refund. Can you help?

This Customer Has Been Fully Refunded, see attached receipt. Please note: we have a no refund policy that they sign off on and were more than willing to issue a store credit previously.

Thank you for your time and follow through in the matter :-)

02/11/2023 I purchased for my child, classic arch supports and flex arch supports. Super athletic antimicrobial inserts also were sold. Improved strength of his plantar fascia and pain free walking in the next month also was implied by the salesperson.

After 3 days, my child could not even walk without severe pain even following the schedule outlined by the salesperson.

I do not wish to be told to bring these pieces of plastic for another set of parts to try out and zero financial compensation.

It is wrong to just hand a product over to a customer without a clear podiatrist exam and diagnosis assuming there will be no negative effects to a person's feet.

We still have all the pieces in their box as new as the day received, as there is no way they can be damaged in the few days my son endured standing and walking in them.

Regardless of the company's statement of "no refunds" in NY you can't fleece customers this way.

Just like everyone else, I want to include my story of my VERY negative interaction with The Good Feet store. I went to the store located in Albany, NY.

I had endured a very serious broken leg at the beginning of the pandemic. Since we were in quarantine, I received very little physical therapy. As a result, almost three years later, I still had problems walking down stairs, running, jumping, etc. The salesman at The Good Feet store said that he couldn’t make a medical diagnoses, but that everything was medical grade and covered by a FHA. I do not have an FHA. I purchased the system on 7 JAN 2023. I tried to return the system on 14 JAN 2023. They wouldn’t allow me too. They said that if I provided a medical note saying the system wasn’t appropriate for my recovery, I could get 80% of the original purchase price refunded (the original purchase price was $1550). I secured the medical note from the physical therapist treating me for recovery of the broken leg. I provided the note to The Good Feet store, and they refused to give me a refund. I am very irritated with this store and the fact that they went back on their word. They told me how to get a refund. I did that and they still would not offer a refund.
