  Clearit, the self-proclaimed customs clearance expert, has proven to be a complete disaster in handling shipments. Their website claims a five-star rating on **********, but the reality is a mere 3.8-star rating. The reviews across the web paint a grim picture of their incompetence and serve their clients.
  Clearit's claim to have developed a decade ago to serve an underserved market is nothing more than a facade. They have failed to keep up with the digitization of the shipping process and have left importers in the dark with their outdated methods. The promise of state-of-the-art technology backed by decades of experience is nothing more than a hollow boast.
  Their offices in Hong Kong, Florida, and Canada have done little to improve their services. The lack of a reviewable presence in the United States only adds to the mystery surrounding their operations. It's clear that their reputation is in shambles, and their inability to provide a satisfactory experience is evident in the numerous complaints from dissatisfied customers.
  The most egregious example of their incompetence was when they failed to submit a simple POA to save a shipment worth thousands of dollars. US Customs agents were perplexed by their inability to handle the situation, and despite their sympathy, the freight was ultimately destroyed. Clearit's response to this disaster was nothing more than a weak apology for the frustration caused.
  *********, who uses Clearit as their default customs broker, is not free from blame. Their representatives are well aware of Clearit's shortcomings, yet they continue to subject their clients to the incompetence of this customs broker. This raises questions about the integrity and reliability of ********* as a whole.
  In conclusion, Clearit has proven to be a massive disappointment. Their ineptitude has cost me $5,700 for a shipment that should have cost only $1,800, and their failure to address the situation led to the destruction of valuable cargo.

  Absolutely awful. They are either grossly negligent or malicious. From the gitgo working with Clearit was a bad experience. I felt they were working against me the entire time. I finally contacted US Customs who told me that what they had done was incorrect--on every level.
  I lost all my cargo, and I was assessed fees four times the amount of the original shipping charges. Product was in limbo for two months and then destroyed without my knowledge.
  Am I going to fight this? Well, with sympathetic US Customs officers and Freightos management on my side, it won't be a difficult fight.
  I advise everyone to go with DB Schenker for customs clearance. They helped me through this--unpaid--and restored my faith in humanity.

  For those who have lost funds there maybe a resolution through contacting the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or Federal Bureau of Investigators (FBI), the loss of income maybe a International Crime.
  I fought several days having evidence of Clearit portal screen shots, email, receipts and bank statements, I did not loose my funds because although they showed not records when Clearit realized I was going to file a complaint with the FTC my documents appeared within minutes.

  Terrible! They took my money, refused to answer the phone, passed the buck, ducked work, shirked responsibility and refused to lift a finger to look for solutions. Do yourself a favor. Hire a competent customs broker.

  Clear It USA does not do what they advertise and they are not even a registered customs broker. After submitting numerous documents to them for clearing an international shipment nothing else happened on their side. After getting the runaround from them for 2 weeks I ended up hiring a legitimate, registered broker. The registered broker that I used did not cost any more than Clear It USA and they had my shipment cleared and ready to pick up in 24 hours. DO NOT USE Clear It USA, I believe they are a data mining site for a foreign entity and should be shut down
