      They get no stars I went to cash my refund advantage check they verified it she started giving me the money the little coins and made me sign my check then said oh you work at ****** still what does my job have to do with my refund then proceeds to say oh we have to do a second verification and says the second verification got denied which doesnt make sense. Then says I cant cash it like what? Mind you Im black so that makes me think like what do they think because I clearly have been there before and have the mail that this check was mailed to me they **** and dont know what there doing there racist !!!

      Completely disgusting and disrespectful company. Will take however long is necessary to find an excuse not to cash a black person's check. I assumed maybe it was just me but multiple people on line have had the same issues. From we don't cash checks from chase to even tho you signed it in front of me it was 2 inches to the left so it doesn't count. There is 1 out of maybe 6 people I've dealt with willing to actually do their job. This place needs to be shut down and sued
