I am sorry that you had a bad experience at our facility. The quality of our work, and customer satisfaction has kept us in business for over 32 years.Regarding the scratches on your 2015 *** X3 rim happening at our shop, we use a state of the art , 30K, Hunter tire machine. That machine has no metal parts that come in contact with the rims, but uses molded nylon for those areas. My technician did note that you had road damage on the rims, which was there prior to the dismount/mounting. If a center cap did come loose and needs replacement, please stop by so we can measure for the correct cap and get it to you.The reference to ********* who manages our front desk being a piece of garbage is unnecessary. She does not participate in the repair process at all, she is the receptionist. If a concern was raised to her at the time of service, she would have referred you back to the service department. Our staff, especially the reception desk, is very professional and respectful to our customers. Please advise if you would like the cap replaced.

My son purchased a used vehicle here for 5K. There were immediate problems- catalytic converters, ball joints, leaking hoses which meant multiple trips and multiple repairs costing 2K. After speaking with the salesperson no resolution was given. BEWARE, you buy the car and then rely on them for service and repair indefinitely. I had to take days off work. It was the worst decision and I will never do business there again. I highly recommend you dont either.

On 8/27/21, the customer purchased, for her son, a 2006 ****** Outback for $4750, the mileage at that time was *******. The vehicle passed *** inspection which is not only a visual inspection but hooking up to the *** monitor which would have detected a problem with the catalytic converter. The vehicle returned to our shop approx. 500 miles later with a problem with the converter. We repaired the vehicle at our cost for parts and labor. The vehicle returned about a year later with an additional 15K miles put on it by the customer. At that time, front brakes were needed to pass inspection. Brake replacement at 15K miles is considered normal wear and tear and depends on the driving habits of the consumer. Brakes were replaced, and vehicle passed inspection. About 6 weeks and ***** miles later, the vehicle returned again and the right front ball joint and control arm needed to be replaced. Replacement of a ball joint and a control arm at 17K is not abnormal and also subject to the driving habits of the driver. Prior to the sale of any vehicle, it is inspected for needed parts replacement, leaks, tires and safety in accordance with *** Laws. Parts that will wear out due to normal use is not something that any dealer would cover for a used vehicle at the age and mileage of this vehicle. At the time of purchase, the vehicle was 16 years old, with over ******* miles on it.

Thank you, Chris Automotive, for responding to this review. I think your reply further exemplifies the issue I have with your business. The last repair for the ball joint and loose power steering belt resulted in the same sound and problem less than 24 hours later. My problem is with your service. People need to know that you sell cars and reap the benefit of multiple repairs thereafter- resulting in minimum $1200 repairs within one year of a **** purchase. Buyers remorse aside, that car had problems. As a mechanic you know the potential problems of that car and you sold it anyway. Its questionable practice. I didnt have a good experience on multiple levels. I will tell anyone who says they are considering using your repair service or purchasing a car the same. I said the same to your salesperson on a phone call I initiated prior to leaving this review. You have an A+ rating, a lot full of cars, a wait to get an appt all of which influenced my decision to buy from you- yet this was my experience. The discrepancy is worth noting publicly. You are currently growing your business with a new location. I hope you reflect on this review and use it to improve your service moving forward.
