    A friend recommended Window Factory Outlet to replace our aging sliding glass patio door. The doors they offered are very high quality and have lots of options/pricing points. Our Sales rep. Jason was awesome to work with. We're thrilled with our new door and especially with the courteous, professional manner in which the installers completed the work. This company is a great choice if you need windows or doors!

    We had windows installed yesterday by Window Factory Outlet. The window installers, Jesse Sr. and Jesse Jr. were professional, courteous, and thorough. They did a wonderful job installing and were also very nice.

    Had 4 contractor estimate and finally decided to leverage WFO per various reasons: 1. Local manufacturing 2. Quality of windows 3. Reasonable rates against those with similar quality. 4. Responsiveness How ever once installed was placed with the workmanship as well, the contractors hired to install were A+ rating as well Planning to shell some more money this year as had only had done last year.

    Amazing job! The design proposed by Jason, sales manager, was perfect. Every installer did an efficient job. This was the third time I’ve had this company install some windows. Very very pleased!
