    I used this mover last week and feel angry and disappointed. The onsite estimate was wrong which caused an entire day of delay when time is of the essence. Customer service substandard and unprofessional.

    Customer ended up sending a bunch of goods that were originally not supposed to go based off the documented inventory as discussed between the customer and the salesperson. We shipped an extra 3,000 lbs. and packed an additional 100 cartons at no extra cost to the customer. He's upset because it caused him additional stress because the crew needed to add a third day to complete the packing and loading. The job was originally set to pack 8/2, load 8/3, and deliver 8/5. Crew completed loading around 12:30PM on 8/4 and then delivered at 8 am on 8/5.
