      Very unprofessional on a purchase I made and took almost 2 months to get no solution, always had negative response and bounce me around for an order I purchased. they won't return my money back, credit or resend the items I purchase,lastly they had the nerve to say they won't refund me nor sell me anything moving forward... Like really, no one wants to get their money stolen, I feel very discriminated and would like my money, credit or items as soon as possible.

      I ordered a case of allen and ginter from this establishment on black friday. They run my cc. Then a day later they email me telling me theyll need me to wire them, or ****** them. Talk about annoyin. What business takes credit cards then says “oh wait you cant now u have to wire” ive done 7 figs of transactions over the years in sports… never seen this happen. My advice … do business elsewhere these guys cant even get their payment part together.

      At the time that you place the order, your payment is only authorized and not fully captured. You are notified in your first email from us when you place your order that it is then reviewed by a customer service representative.

      We have several reasons for requiring payment through a secure method such as PayPal or Bank Wire rather than credit or debit card when the representative reviews the order and  the reason why will be listed in the email you receive requiring the payment. It's meant as protection for both seller and the buyer, but we are very sorry if it came across as negligent.

      We understand that there may be some confusion at first, but as mentioned in that same email, this is a requirement for the first order only and once we have dialogue with you as well as a completed transaction without any issues, we are able to accept any form of payment you desire to use on future orders.

      Wife bought me a $99 Topps series 1 for vday. ups damaged boc, i filed claim ups paid claim to d&a. d&a demeanded i ship damaged box back to they can recoup some of the money, that ups doesnt pay full amount. ups covers $100 even if you do not declare value. d&a refused to send me the invoice of what ups paid and after some back and forth banned my wifes account and just refunded her in full. buyers beware of them knowing selling damaged hobby packs trying to get paid 3 times. my wife paid them, followed by ups, then they admitted they would try to recoup the money. no way to know if packs are damaged withoutt opening them.

      I want to assure you we would not sell any packs we know to be damaged, however, we still require damaged products back for other purposes. *** pays out all claims to the company who shipped, partly because *** is not reimbursing the full amount of the damaged product. This allows the shipper to offer to reconcile with the customer in our case offer a full refund in exchange for the damaged product.

      Spent $1200 on the VIP box, got a $300 auto out of it.. Scam, waste of money. Do not purchase this product. In fact I looked it up and the PURCHASED IT ON EBAY! If I spend $1200 I at least except a 50% return or better, it's robbery!

      Hi ***** Firstly we apologize for your inconvenience/distress/problems created by our price error that was on our product. The wrong sign on an item is not false advertising.We have not done any advertisement of that product online or in a newsletter. We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed/processed/implemented, although we were unable to sell that merchandise to you at that price as marked we did offer the customer 20% off of the correct price which was $399.99. In light of this, we have decided to offer you a $50.00 gift card that you can use at our store, which we hope will be acceptable to you , and hope also that this will provide for continuing our relationship as one of our customers.

      Please take a look at there comment. $50 Gift Card. Wow. I spent $1800, got maybe $150 in what they call Hit Parade. Come on Dave and Adams. I would expect you to say. So sorry I stand behind my product. Would you like a refund? Again Scammers

They have a team of 30+ full time employees that buy, build and manufacture real sealed Sports Card, Memorabilia, Comic, Sneaker, Toy & Entertainment products that are loaded with valuable and unique hits in every series. With only 50 or 100 boxes per series, Hit Parade gives you the best chance to get monster hits! Nobody has more HITS than Hit Parade!. When you purchased your items you knew you were taking a chance to get one of the big hits. It looks like you ordered from us on three separate occasions from us and new what you were trying to take a chance on getting one of those big hits.

      Wow! Dave & Adam's Card World’s customer service is amazing!!! I had a package delivered that looked like someone had jumped on it. I called, and the representative was very kind & talked me through the steps of what I needed to do. The email reps were equally amazing. Bright side Dave & Adams, and Upper Deck packaged the cards so well that nothing was damaged but a tin, and I feel like that’s was handled better than I could have hoped. I have already submitted a new order. Kudos to the whole Customer Service Team! Thank you!
