  Exceptional work and knowledge. ******* is the 6th plumber Ive had in 2 years. Could not solve water pressure issue in home. Spent over 20k for the city to do a new water main and still had the same problem. ******* came in took his time and found the problem. Which was a clogged water line! Thank you *******. My wife and kids can finally take a proper shower after 2 years. Not all plumbers are created equal! Thank you.

  I had a ***** pipe and valve that needed to be replaced on a toilet. He made up all sorts of lies, he said it would be 3000, then charged me 3200, the toilet still didnt work. He said it would be 1900 more to fix it the next day. Something was wrong. I I got someone else - it was fixed for 80 dollars. He said I needed a new toilet- I absolutely did not need a new toilet. The whole thing was scams and lies. A man named ******************* was part of it- he put in one tile behind the toilet. Terrible men. *********************** and *******************. Evil lying people.

  *****, first of all let me apologies for any inconvenience. Here there is a big misunderstanding. The original scope of the job was not fix the toilette but fix the leak in the water line that was broken behind the toilette. We had to remove toilette, the tiles, open small portion of the wall and fix the leak which we did it. We also closed the section of the wall and put the tile back. We verbally agree 3 times to the price to do the job. Replacement of the toilette was in addition, and you decided not to do it. We explained to you that we saw sign of leak from the bottom of the toilette and the internal components were not in good condition and compromised because of the age. That is the reason why we recommend to replace the toilette. Toilette didnt work because as we explained to you we didnt connected the line because possible malfunction. You said that was ok. On top of that we did this job on an emergency time the same day you call me. And as you know we worked until late to fix the leak and give you back the water the same night. The most sad things, is that you called us EVIL, LYING people when we just try to help you out on an emergency situation. Your friend charged you 80 dollars because he just reconnected the toilette. This involve taking the risk to flood the basement or the bathroom if the toilette fail to work in a proper way as we noticed. I tried to call you, text you, email you and I didnt receive any response from you. If you really think we are crooked and scumbag people, and we EVIL, please give a call back I will be very happy to full refund you money. For us, customer satisfaction and reputation are more important than $3200. I wish you all the best and I will be here to honor my word We never took advantage of people and we will never do. We have ethics and proud on what we do. Best regards ****
