      ****Do Not try to sell your bag to this scam of a company!!! I would give negative stars if possible!! I sent in my bag after using their Clair *** After submitting ***** pictures they accepted my bag and I mailed it in. This was on 9/4/24. It is now 10/23/24, and I've heard nothing. I've waited on hold after calling their customer service number for over 15 minutes, and it never connected to anyone, just cuts me off and hangs up. I've tried texting the "stylist" number on their website and no response. I've tried emailing, no response. They offered $1800 for my bag, but I've not received any money via any method they offer. I am at a loss on how to get my money or my bag back.

      They trashed my bag.I made a trade last august 29 as their Labor day sale was up. I traded 3 bags and 2 straps for a 2 LV bags. They got my trades a week after, they usually sends an update a day or two max after they received my trades. But this time, it took them 2 weeks to make an update that they received my bags. Now the nightmare starts.After waiting 2weeks for an update which was just a received email(but I constantly communicated with an agent with them as I was getting anxious, who wouldnt right?), it took them another week to evaluate my bags and all bags were accepted, mind you, I paid for an expedited shipping which before only take 1week max from the day they received my bags to vetting to ************, 3weeks in, I tried to contact them again, and I think due to my constant request to expedite the process, they now changed one price of my bag and rejected one bag that I just bought from them few months ago. What really ****** me was for a week the status of my trades was ACCEPTED but then when I tried to push them to make it expedited is when they rejected suddenly one bag and added an additional $1000 on my trade on top of my 2 bags and 2 straps.I requested to cancel my trades, they comply but then, last week (October 17th) I received the last batch of bag and straps and to my surprise, THEY CUT THE DATECODE OF MY BAG!!!I reached out to their customer service, she tried to tell me that they never alter any bags on their possession but luckily I have a clear photo of the bags datecode. Now, the lady just told me that their office is out now and just contact them on their regular hours.I read horrors about rebags leaving deep scratches on bags after a cancelled transactions. But WHY?? Cutting the datecode, for what? To lower the value of my bag in the future?

      1. For the LV bag missing the code: we reviewed security footage and the bag arrived with the code already detached and in a plastic bag. Unfortunately we are not able to accept this item for sale. It's was returned to you right away. 

      2. For the LV bag we rejected: the item arrived without both straps (as originally sold). Unfortunately we are not able to offer this item incomplete so we are returning it to you.

      I never write reviews but this is the worst company I've ever ordered from. So many issues. I ordered a $395 LV wallet which wasn't as described but missed the deadline to return which is totally on me. They have a consign service where you can "trade" it back and offered me $253 for the trade. I took it. I never took the wallet out of the bag and when my credit arrived it was for $200, not the $253 they offered! Then I tried to use those credits along with $100 in credits I literally paid for for being a Rebag "member" (they charge $50 a month which you can apply to purchases and I was a member for 2 months=$100). Nope, they can't be combined. Why? It's my money! They sent me a "gift" of $150 credits in an email and they also did not get applied to my order. The chat agent literally gaslighted me into believing the $200 trade in credit for the wallet plus the $150 gift was applied plus a $30 "spendandsave" promo. The math literally doesn't add up and my purchase ended up being over $100 more due to their s**** up and not applying credit. I then had to place a low value second order to use the $100 membership credits I couldn't apply to the first order or I'd be out another $100. **************** can't help with any orders you are making in advance. It all has to be done online. Honestly, I think its a total scam! I have never had an issue with ******** and order extensively from them but for some reason decided to try Rebag. Buyer beware!

      1. The item you intended to sell to us for $245 did not arrive with the condition originally stated. After we received and inspected the item, the quote was adjusted to reflect the actual condition of the item ($200). You then approved the adjusted quote and already used the funds to complete order ending on 7407. We encourage sellers to use our selling guidelines when submitting items for quote and state the condition as accurately as possible to prevent adjustments post inspection.       If I could **** zero stars I would. I sent an item in for a trade, but declined to go thru with it when I was told I would get a lesser value of the item than I was originally told. Per Rebag the item was supposed to ship up to 10 business days after I declined the trade, well it is now 4 weeks and I still don't have the item. I have reached out to the company may times and have been told the same thing. "We know the item has not shipped yet, but be patient." At this point I don't know what to do. The company is holding my $800 item with no reason. DO NOT buy or trade with this company.

      Oh Ill f****** tell you what I think! Its a f****** scam. These people take your luxury items. Tell you they have acclrs them and then in e received send out an email saying are unable to purchase. Then they tell me it takes 7-10 business days. Its been 11. I specifically spoke with a woman named ***** ( which Im sure isnt even her real name) through email. She told me it would be shipped out today. I called at 3 pm because I have still not gotten tracking info. Now they are closed and no email with my tracking info. After reading all of the other reviews in here. Someone needs to prosecute this con app y. They are liars and scam artists!

      I sent my *** bag to Rebag for consignment on July 17, 2024 (Order #******). To my disappointment, the bag was rejected with no real explanation, and they informed me it would be sent back. After waiting over a month, I finally received the bag on August 24, 2024. When I opened the small box they shipped it in, I was horrified to find two new deep scratches on the front of my bag. To make matters worse, the purse was poorly packaged with the dust bag stuffed inside the purse and no tissue paper or protective layers, unlike the careful way I had originally sent it.I immediately emailed Rebag with photos as proof, expecting them to address the issue. Instead, I was met with indifference and told it wasnt their problem. Today, I called to speak with someone, hoping for a resolution, but was again dismissed by a snarky customer service agent.This is the first time *** ever reported a company, but I feel compelled to warn others. Rebag did not treat my item with care, and their customer service was not helpful. If youre considering consigning with them, do so at your own risktheres no guarantee your items will be returned in the condition you sent them.

      To start I had submitted a few bags to Rebag. One in brand new condition to have my offer lowered to half of what was submitted. Thinking this was something I may have missed I hesitantly accepted. This happened again to the same outcome. After intensive research I found out this bait and switch tactic is very common. Due to this before submitting another bag I had two professional companies certify and rate my 2006 Vintage LV Neo Speedy in pink denim as well as professionally photograph. I did this to ensure no detail was missed. The bag came back as a 9.1/10. Completely clean interior and excellent condition. Only wear was to the vachetta leather which is to be expected for a bag of this age. I submitted to rebag for an offer of $1215. Upon receiving they lowered this to $740 due to odor (there was no odor when shipped) and denim creasing. Again, this bag was a 9.1/10 currently reselling in worn which is a lesser condition for $1500-$2500. In contacting them they refused to help. When in a respectful manner addressing I have noticed a history of taking advantage of sellers and bait and switch I was disregarded and talked down to. This seems to be an ongoing tactic in which they have no desire to make right and continue to take advantage of sellers or honor the original quote even with all the backing of condition.

      Dont know if Rebag on WhatApp is the same as Rebag on *********************************************************************. Rebag contacted me through WhatsApp to fill orders. ******* at Rebag stated that I would make $1100 a week. I went through the process and earned $506, I was excited and wanted to withdraw my funds for working because I needed the funds to pay bills but Rebag said I had to go through another process by depositing $26 so I deposited the$26 and finish to process. I went to withdraw my $506 a second time then I was prompted to pay $207 and go through another process to get my $506 and a bonus of $1127 instead. I paid the $207 then went to with withdraw the $1127 then were prompted to pay $227 to do another process and I refused!!! I deleted ******** Services Chat in WhatsApp and the chat with *******. I want people to that this company is scamming people for money.

      I submitted an item which was received by them on 7/12 after chatting and talking to their customer service I was told that the item sat in a warehouse for 5 days because Rebag is backed up with items. 17 days later still have not received my funds and was informed that I could not speak to any management or they have no number to speak with corporate. I would rethink selling anything using this platform. They do not care about their consumers etc.
