    Neon Kisses is by far the worst of the worst when it comes to children/kids neon kisses only favor the kids they know personally are the ones thats socially popular . My 10 y/o daughter did the Atlanta Link Up back in March 2024 which was located in ********** Ga ****** I what I paid for my daughter to have a photo shoot with social media exposure alone with digital photos. However upon arriving they didnt know my daughter by name the kids they knew was treated with respect meanwhile my daughter was left to feel uncomfortable. Let me be clear my daughter is and has always been a very beautiful girl and has had plenty of opportunities to be a baby model my daughter most definitely had the look and shes always been a bubbly loving everybody love her kid. Not only did they not give my daughter a fair chance we never got the Digital photo that was in the contract never got that free special gift whatever that couldve have been I reached out to an attorney for breech of contract with I definitely have I was told I would have to file the papers in ********** and so forth and so on. From the beginning the guy was rude asf!!!! They only text your phone that was a red flag like i mentioned before my daughter has been offered many opportunities with that begin said which ever model company wanted her would/ did reach out to me personally and verbally in a professional way. Neon kisses just want your money and they only pay attention and want who they knows are is popular already I reached out about a month ago inquiring about my digital portfolio I never got which i was told it would take 3/4 weeks its been a month not to my surprise no one responded to my concern are questions about the digital portfolio I wanted to give my daughter an experience now that she has gotten older and it was the worst experience for a child to experience from neon kisses my ****** was taking with no photos no outfit no gift to show what I paid ****** for please be advised Dont Use them

    I don't know where to start neon kisses inc.com is the WORST place to purchase clothes, customer service is TERRIBLE I MEAN TERRIBLE.. if you call they won't answer they will text back and still won't answer your questions/concerns, you can't ship to anyone was a gift bcuz they policy is billing address only, express delivery is 89.99 5/7 business days and I still haven't received my items... my rating is minus minus minus... spend your money elsewhere....

    THIS COMPANY NEEDS TO HAVE THEIR LICENSE REVOKED.I DEALT WITH THEM BACK IN 2018 and it was the exact same thing. I WAS TRULY HOPING THEY HAD GOTTEN BETTER! On May 11, 2023 I ordered two ************** outfits for my granddaughters and have gone through H*** WITH THESE PEOPLE ITS RIDICULOUS THAT THEY'RE STILL IN BUSINESS. They prey on the smaller client bc their biggest bulk come from influencers and celebrities. I have sent numerous emails and text messages to them some replys mostly lies. Tried calling OF COURSE NO ONE ANSWERED. Then I got a *** tracking but the merchandise has to yet been processed ????PEOPLE PAY HARD EARNED MONEY FOR THE OUTFITS AND TO SUPPORT NOT LIKE THEY **** THE MONEY OR NOT! THESE PEOPLE ARE CRIMINALS, THEY ROB THE MIDDLE CLASS TOCOVER THEIR LOSSES AND DEPEND ON THE INFLUENCERS ANS OR CELEBRITIES THAT SHOW CASE THEIR CLOTHES. They have NO CONSIDERATION OF TAKING FROM THE INNOCENT. I PRAY THAT THEY JUST CLOSE FILE BANKRUPTCY OR JUST QUIT ALL TOGETHER!! PLEASE STOP THESE CRIMINALS. ***
