      Where to begin?Long story short: ***** Memorials robbed me of a sentiment that hopefully, no one else will have to experience. I initially reached out to "****" to inquire on his company's monument process, procedures, etc. after my siblings and I had seen a monument stone on the company's website we liked. **** briefly answered my questions informing me it's better to meet with him for explanations - no problem! My siblings met with him and **** did provide an overview; however, major details were left out, i.e. the monument does not get placed on Saturdays because Saturdays are reserved for funerals. This is where **** dropped the ball and robbed me of a memory my family and I anticipated to share. My mother's 1 yr anniversary of her passing landed on a Saturday to which we thought we'd witness the monument being placed as a **** of completion per se but again **** robbed me of this sentiment. His lack of explaination, lack of communication, lack of direction, and lack of professionalism especially offering no empathy are the reasons for this poor review. To add! my family and I caught **** in multiple lies i.e. he had an expected date of when the monument would be delivered for setting yet did not inform my family. His last pressing contact was to collect the remaining balance of payment as we initally paid over 50% of the total cost: $3600 to get the process started. He proclaimed he had no notice of delivery and had to rush over to the cemetery and add the photos of my deceased parents to the completed headstone. **** gave us an impression that we were in good hands! with his "I've been in the business for 20+ yrs" sure was comforting only to be deceived, manipulated, and cheated! $3600.00 later!
