    I was a Paid member, I have had addressed the loud music problems created by the local workers Personal Trainers, Off hours, Off training sessions in a public time. For multiple times and it was never fixed. Not only it was never fixed, when I took this issue to ****** and reviewed the business, Management has suppressed my freedom of expression and canceled my membership. The PT's name was "******" This is not an isolated incident. Despite multiple complaints from different members, management has refused to intervene, allowing this disruptive and unprofessional behavior to continue unchecked. When a business prioritizes the whims of an employee over the comfort of its paying customers, its clear where their priorities lie.A gym that refuses to enforce basic professionalism among its employees is not worth your time or money.
