BE AWARE!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CLUB PILATES UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY--DISHONEST BUSINESS PRACTICES.I attended the free trial in August, 2023. After the session was over i briefly spoke to the front desk person about joining their gym. I also mentioned to her that I would not be starting for a few weeks. She said it's ok and suggested for me to create an account now and go online to book sessions when i needed to. Fast forward to September, I just happened to check my account and saw that I was charged for one month of service when I clearly haven't attended any sessions at all...I contacted the club about it and they claimed that they weren't aware that I haven't started the program. (which is a lie) Again, I reiterated to them that i would not be able to start right now due to future engagements that would not allow me to attend the program at the time. However, they charged me a 2nd time in October, so now i have paid a total of $631.00 without being booked in any classes. I contacted the club and spoke to the owner ***** about what happened and she mentioned that she will pushed the dates out until December to make up for the monies that was charged to my account. My first session took place on 10.07.23. After attending only 8 sessions (2x weekly) I realized that I was blocked from booking any future classes, therefore my last session was on 11.14.23 and not through December as promised by the owner *****. At this time I called to cancel and was told that i can do so online, which i did. A few days ago, I checked my account and low and behold they charged me again another $302.01. Imagine my frustration, I contacted Club Pilates about the matter and was told that the owner will contact me when she comes in. ***** refused to give me credit for the extra $604.02 stating that I enrolled in a membership and sign a contact in which i know nothing about. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CLUB PILATES UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE MONEY.
