    Complete waste of time. Called on Nov 11th (friday) to set up an appointment. Number is a corporate number and you are unable to directly contact the region. Corporate said someone will reach out within ***** business hours so Tuesday the 15th the latest. Noticed a miss call tuesday but no voicemail was left. Contacted corporate weds morning and they said they could only reach out to the region by email as they dont have a number on file. Got a call back from the region 30 min after getting off with corporate. **** said she called tues but when i asked why they didnt leave a voicemail they had no answer. They were able to get someone to evaluate my place the next day Nov 17th. Only needed the Fridge, Stove, and bathroom cleaned which was less than 150sqft. I was told they can schedule me for Sunday at noon. Sunday comes around and 30 min before my appointment i get a call saying there is a delay and wont be able to arrive until 2 due to staffing. At 1pm i get another call saying they cant come at all. 9 days after my initial call and service couldnt be completed. I moved into my Apartment on the 15th and needed this deep clean done over a week ago this is unacceptable. Wouldnt recommended to anyone. I have no idea how they have 5 star reviews on here. Week behind on my move in waiting for cleaners just to do it myself. I would have done it a week ago if i knew this was going to happen.
