    I would have given the the TotalPlan Concepts -1 star, if possible. The company flagrantly denies not only normal level of services, it does not respond to calls and emails both from members and providers. The documentation in the company is in full disarray apparently, as they even not able to produce normal customer profile. The *************************************************, being a third party provider, has changed the coverage network for my company from ***** to ***** three days AFTER the enrollment period has ended. To add insult to an injury they never updated the network in their records. It even shows in customer profile, where the Plan is Aetna PPO and the Network is Cigna. As such no provider can verify my eligibility to the plan and no insurance payments are made. I just wonder, if there is a way to recall their business license.

    i am a provider. i billed in October 2023 and am still waiting for the check- April 2024. i have heard all the explanations: "the company responsible for sending out the check has it, call them"that company had no idea of what i was talking about. returned to total plan, then they said: "it was sent to your address . " this went on for a month. " its on its way".when i got tired of the run around , i insisted that they locate the checks- this took two months.they stopped answering the emails, or the voice messages that i left.one day the customer service person said, after i insisted on speaking to a supervisor, " the supervisor said the check will be out in three days". "AHA- got ya, you are lying" i said. "how can the supervisor say that? i didnt even give you the claim number, you have no idea with whom you are speaking- there was silence on the other end of the line.companies- please do not use Total chaos Plan Concepts. we will not be able to serve your employees.and for you _ Yelp, there should be an option of no stars at all.

    My doctor tried to get a pre certification for a authorization. This cannot even be appealed. I need spinal surgery, and they denied for non covered services. This is not in the handbook, and I called them, and they did state this is notvin the handbook they do not pay for spinal surgeries. I would have to pay cash for it out of pocket. They do not care about your pain, and your quality of life or your issue getting worse. I needed a laminoforaminotomy foraminotomy. This is my nerves and me not be able to work. This is why I pay premiums, therefore they do not care for their members , and only care about collecting premiums. This could go to an eternal review and I possibly will get an attorney involved.

    If I could give 0 stars I would! Worst insurance company I have ever had! I pay hundreds of dollars every month for a insurance that wont cover any of my medications needed, even with prior authorizations. And dont try and call or email to get any resolution because every single person that you speak with will tell you something completely different and you get ZERO answers. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST insurance ever. As someone who is in healthcare and as someone who used to submit prior authorizations frequently, I can tell you with confidence that they are horrible and I hope that if possible, no one else will waste their time or money with this company.

    Zero stars, worst company on the planet. They are located in Brooklyn, ******** but didnt know Queens wasnt a city??? But a borough. The incompetence is **** percent. Someone got in their feelings a decided to change the address on my account, lied and said they were sending out my checks, they wasnt. They never told me I could get direct deposit. Until I got the State involved. Four months I fought with this company to get my money, since ***** is now September. Guess what? I still do not have my money. Scam artists. Every time I call they leave me on hold for 20 minutes then tell me Ill have to wait another 30 days, another 1-2 weeks. Its always something but never my money. Talking to a lawyer as we speak.
