    We thought it was a good deal that our daughter purchased this machine. One month after the warranty, it stopped working. They were not very good at communicating. They were offering her nothing for a replacement unless she wanted to pay more money. Its very sad when you pay this much for a coffee machine and it does not last but a year. I have the daughter that is nurse and the job is stressful enough and just wants a nice coffee make THAT WORKS! I would suggest to never buy this machine. Im very disappointed.Weve never had any problems with *****, Jura, ********* All of these machines, our family have and use and they have lasted at least Eight years. NOT ONE YEAR! Do not waste your money

    This is the worst experience I had I purchased an terra caffe -to-01 didnt even last one year and customer service is a joke they have no number to call just email, product is of poor quality, am telling everyone check there reviews an see for your self its all true I will never recommend them to anyone beware they are a shady

While you're correct that we don't currently have inbound phone lines (transparently, we used to, had to temporarily close them, and are soon reopening them), we are always happy to make outbound calls by request. I see in the email history that we offered to call you, and you declined, so please let us know via email if you'd like one, and we'd be happy to schedule that at your convenience. I also see in the email history that we offered several troubleshooting steps, which you similarly declined, although the problem your machine corrected could easily be fixed with our instruction.

    The Terra Kaffe I has been nothing but trouble for us. Coffee taste great when you can get the machine to work. I have contacted the company many times and now they don't even have a phone number. You have to email and wait days and days for any type of response.Do not purchase the warranty. We did and they would not cover anything. Even within the first six months of purchase.The machine is less than two years old and it won't even power up. I have another message into them but haven't had a response.

    I purchased a TK-01 in August 2022 as a birthday gift for my husband. It worked albeit with many design flaws (too much water and grinds output requiring more cleaning than any other super automatic espresso machine we've owned) for 1 year and 1 month. Then just 1 month after the warranty expired, the grinder stopped working and a hairline crack developed that created a burning plastic smell on the top panel of the machine. I contacted customer service and they were responsive & we attempted many troubleshooting techniques to no avail. They recommended we pay $175 for their out of warranty repair package ($189 w/taxes) to send it to one of their certified repair centers. It was gone for about a ********** were told ********** *********** has been completed" and "Regarding the crack at the top of the machine, our team replaced the top panel completely, so that problem should be taken care of." **** the machine reached us, the top panel had not been replaced & the machine was dirty as was the box (we were given specific instructions to make sure it was clean before repair or we would be charged $25) & when we plugged it in the grinder did not work. *Nothing* had been done. Whoever "repaired" it - their authorized subcontractor operating as ***********************/********** ****************** did absolutely nothing with the machine. It was in the same inoperable state it was when we sent it to them weeks before & lied about work performed.I initiated a chargeback to PayPal for the service fee. Terra Kaffe offered to send us a refurbished machine in exchange for keeping the $175 service fee but if our machine was repaired it would have been "refurbished". Terra Kaffe lost all credibility as a *************. Their customer service rep throughout was very responsive & continued to try and troubleshoot but nothing worked! I asked they share with us the grinder repair tips they send to their "authorized service centers" but they refused.This machine is now a useless paperweight!
