Vigilante Plumbing Plumbing, **************************** Conditioning is by far the worst company to deal with. They are not true to their words and is involved in dishonest and shady practices. I found them through ********** and after contacting them and had numerous visits to my home to assess the work needed, I was sent in early January 2025, numerous documents which included the Certificate of Capital Improvement, document for the Scope of Work to complete. I completed the forms and sent them back to Vigilante. I placed a called to them to inquire as to when the deposit was needed and when the work would be scheduled, I was told by phone that ********** will charge a fee upwards of $800 in addition to what was quoted by Vigilante. The best option for me would be to not do the work through ********** and call them back in early March to get a new quote. Early March, I first sent an email to **** ********* to inquire if new documents would be drawn for the job. I received no response; I followed up with a phone call, receptionist responded and again no call back. Finally, today - March 21, **** calls me back to advise that if any work was needed, it would have to go through ********** and in addition, they no longer have the ************ through **********. How disappointing to have such poor communication and follow up skills when dealing with the public. A simple call back in February would have resolve this situation. How disheartening to wait literally two months and then to be told "Nope, sorry - this work can't happen, not sure why you were told it did not need to go through ********** - but it now has to". Vigilante - do better with your communications and your words! I would think, being in business, your words, commitment and trust is important. After this experience, in my opinion, your business is seriously in lack of all of the above.Vigilante Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning
