  I got into a car accident. A tow truck driver who was near the scene of the accident from this auto shop offered to tow my car. Given the circumstances, I accepted and the gentleman was very friendly at the time. My car was in the way and I did not have access to any other tow company because it happened in the evening. Upon attempting to retrieve my vehicle a couple days later and wanting to take it to a different auto shop, the tow truck driver became belligerent. I asked what I owed them for the rendered service of towing my car and parking it at their shop. He stated that costs surpassed $2,400. I requested an itemized list/receipt, which he refused to show me. Furthermore, he stationed his truck in front of my vehicle, blocking access and even attempted to move my vehicle while I was sitting inside, in an attempt to get away from him and contact the insurance company. He proceeded to roll a joint of marijuana as he continued to go on his rant with other members near by. Stating things like "You got the right (racial slur); I'm grown; this car isn't moving from here until I get my money". My insurance covers the movement of the car to another body shop. They are currently having trouble retrieving my vehicle because Koby's Automotive is refusing to give up my car until they get paid. The amount has now surpassed $4,000, with claims such as "labor fees, clean up fees, and servicing" none of which was done or required. All this to say, the supposed owner of the auto shop was never present nor did I meet him in person. All conversations were held over the phone. Please avoid this auto shop at all costs. I beg of you.
