    BJM towing won't let me retrieve my family's items. They are the worst experience i had with a tow company. This was in ****** **********.

    Worst company in **********,**. They towed my car with no repo order. They refused to return a call or email. The lady who answers is so rude. She used foul language and wouldn't even let me finish my sentence.

    Had to recover my vehicle out of towing place. Called the number given. Called numerous times. Had to go back to my company to have them contact them. ********, im assuming who answered the phone was very rude, unprofessional and very erratic. Due to the fact she got an email. She told me she saw my calls and got my email but was too busy to answer. I'm sure she wasnt busy all the times I had called from the time my vehicle was released. Need some good customer service and better ppl working for this type of company.
