    ******** customer service. They will have you waiting for 2 hours for car service. Me and my child need the transportation because he cant physically take public transportation. When I call to follow they either lie and say what they think I want to hear or they are really rude.

    It has been the worst experience we have had, being the first and the last. You provide a very poor service, terrible from the dispatchers to the drivers all with a bad attitude and do not help and lie about the waiting time

    Metro Luxury car service is unprofessional and not reliable. We waited 45 minutes for a driver to arrive to take my elderly aunt to her doctors appointment. We arrived late to the appointment and almost had to reschedule. When we were done with the doctors appointment I called the car service for a driver to pick ** up and was told a driver would be picking ** ** in 15 minutes. After waiting 25 minutes I called again and was told the traffic was heavy and that the driver would be picking ** ** in 20 minutes, After waiting over an hour the driver was a no show. We had to call for another car service to take ** home.

    Worst car service in existence. Arrived 45 minutes after booking time and I missed my appointment. When I called later on for pickup, they gave me a 25 min ETA. Well, 25 min later I get a text saying ETA is in ANOTHER 20 min. Then they called telling me I have to share the ride with another person or else I have to wait even longer. For immunocompromised or sickly individuals this is even more unacceptable. Absurd and unbelievable.
