  I contacted Don to see if the carpet in an upstairs bedroom was worth saving. Not only did he come over the next day, he removed stains that I never thought would come out. My husband and I were so pleased with the job he did at a very reasonable price. Don is also one of the nicest people I've ever met and thanked me for giving him our business as I was thanking him! Very professional and I will definitely recommend him to friends. THANK YOU DON!

  Don did a great job cleaning our carpets at a fair and reasonable price. He was easy to communicate with and we would not only use him again but recommend him to our friends and family.

  I as so thrilled with every aspect of this job that I don't even know where to begin. I hired them to clean and seal my tile. It was a big job as the tile was in the large foyer, hallways, kitchen, laundry room and powder room. I put my trust in him and I could not possibly be happier. We were immediately on a first name basis. Don's co-worker is his lovely wife, Donna. Honestly, they are the nicest people. In case you are suspicious, I had never met them before in my life. Their work ethic is was outstanding. They got right to work and never took as break. When they were done, my 10 year old tile was as beautiful as the day it was installed. They also sealed the floor which I really appreciated. I cannot begin to recommend this company more highly. Trust me, you will also be thrilled when you get your old floor looking brand new again. I will be hiring them to clean my duct work soon and I know that they will do the same wonderful job.

  An absolutely amazing result…… Don is truly a magician when it comes to carpet cleaning. Let me explain —— We had two sixteen year old dogs that had become incontinent in their later years. We loved both dearly and could not bear to have them euthanized. Pooping and peeing on the carpet became a habit for both. Our home smelled like a kennel, no matter what cleaner or deodorizers we used. It got so bad we only invited dog lovers to be our guests. We finally put both dogs down in late December. Now all that remained was the telltale odor and a number of dark spots. I decided to contact a few carpet cleaning and restoration specialists to get their opinions on the best course of action. They all said “No problem. We can handle it.” I remained skeptical until I called Don. His response was, “I’ll try my best. Sometimes these stains can be the worst to remove. I’ve had success with most but, there still sometimes remain those few….” He won me over with his honesty and I was not disappointed. All of the stains are gone and we no longer have to sigh at the kennel smell when we open the front door. As I said initially, Don did his magic with the task we presented to him. ******

  While I can say the work he did was comparable to other such services I have used in the past, Don is the rudest contractor I have ever dealt with. Without going into details, I will simply say that he told me that I was "imagining" things when I told him that all the fans going (5 fans in 900 sf) was chilling me. He was indignant when I asked him to move one of the huge fans away from me so that I didn't get a huge draft on me (I had set myself up in my small uncarpeted kitchen), and he would not listen to me when I twice suggested an alternative method to using the fans for 3 to 4 hours. I am paying for the service and yet he insults me and insists upon doing it one way and not consider meeting my needs. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS MAN AGAIN. The work he does is not so special either.... I should have used someone else.

  We've used Don at A-One for our carpet cleaning a few times in the past with excellent results. So when it came to getting our carpets cleaned again after a few years, it was a no-brainer to call him again. He is VERY customer focused, and very appreciative of our business. The morning of his visit, he texted me 30 minutes prior, to alert me of his arrival. He was timely, and got right to work after I explained what we were looking to have him do. He will clean an entire room if you want or in some cases, we only had "traffic areas" done. He vacuumed, pre-treated the areas and cleaned family room, dining room, parts of living room, stairs to the 2nd floor, hallway outside the bedrooms and the master bedroom... all in approx 2 hours. AND he left 10 low profile air movers pointed around the rooms to assist with the drying process (and came back the next morning to pick them up). We are very happy with Don's attention to detail and won't hesitate to call him again. Thanks.

  Don does superior work. He is very thorough. I would highly recommend him for any carpet, rug, furniture cleaning that you might need.
