- ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Any cancelled order or layaway will result in a restocking fee of 20% of the entire sale. All items removed from original packaging, or partially opened are considered used, and cannot be restocked. ALL SPECIAL ORDERS require a nonrefundable deposit of 50%. Any merchandise or deposit left by buyer over 90 days from time of initial payment will be considered abandoned unless otherwise noted. The Buyer is responsible to measure doorways, stairways, and space in their residence to ensure items purchased will fit in the desired locations.
