      Scam, stay away. They refuse to refund me for the added charge I did not authorize.

      The worst company... my software worked for 3 days then disabled, they sent a "refund" of $289. That was coming in 3-5 days, I never received it. I tried so many times to contact them, went from the government was assisting them for privacy protection to today I checked and there's not even a website available anymore... if there's a class action suit? I want in and if not there should be....

      I purchased the software and decided the next day against it never activated it , I emailed for a refund and was told it would be 3 to 5 business days, I never saw the refund, I emailed again they said a problem with servers and would be 2 to 3 business days, never got the refund, emailed again then they say they did a trace and it will be 3 business days. We will see! I do not know how this business does anything with poor customer service, I'm at my **** end and will take further action I was charged 191 dollars and I am purely mad at the situation!

      Was not able to use the software so I asked for a refund. And I keep getting the same response. It has a tracker and it will be there in 3 days. Still nothing. I got many emails.

      Emailed for a refund same day i purchased, there were 2 hidden fees that they charge monthly. In total ive been waiting more than a month for my $95.86 refund. Same answer to the 10 emails ive sent. I also called number listed and it is only a pre recorded message saying to email again.
