    With deep disappointment I must express my dissatisfaction with the services provided by DDC Builders, managed by *****************, following the unfortunate loss of our home due to a fire in November 2022. Initially, ************ appeared sympathetic and committed to rebuilding our residence, assuring us of a completion date by April 2024. However, as the project progressed, the experience took a distressing turn.While the **************** proceeded without issue, significant challenges emerged during the foundation and framing stages, culminating in a series of setbacks. In November 2023, ************ claimed that the construction had passed inspection, only for us to discover later that his statement was false and the framing was plagued with numerous deficiencies. Compounding our concerns, funds had already been provided for window purchase and installations. Delivery delays persisted for months. Despite repeated attempts to communicate via various channels, ************ evaded our inquiries and failed to address our mounting grievances.As of March 2024, we remain without the windows we paid for, totaling $55,000, and crucial subcontractors such as plumbers and electricians have not received payment for their services. ************ has ceased all forms of communication, leaving us in a state of uncertainty and financial loss.In conclusion, the incomplete and incorrect work, lack of transparency, and financial improprieties by DDC Builders and ***************** have left us deeply dissatisfied and distraught with the handling of our new house. The company is wildly unprofessional and incredibly disrespectful after everything our family has been through.

    Worst experience with a contractor ever. I gave **** the owner $11000 for cabinets in May that he never delivered. After several months of excuses, he said the distributor damaged them and hed have the replacements in one week. That was September 15th and I never heard back from him! He legit stole my money and left my project unfinished after months of broken promises and my paying over $58000. Do not trust him.
