      I had an insurance claim at my house in **************, ** in my bathroom with damage in several rooms. The insurance company came out and gave me a lowball amount that I wouldn't have even been able to repair 1 of the 4 rooms with. I was referred to Landmark Public Adjuster and i called them and they took over the claim for me and was able to completely turn what was a nightmare situation around and was able get my settlement increased seven fold. I was able to get all the rooms fixed including the bathroom where the leak originated. If I have another claim in the future next time I will call Landmark from day one to prevent the aggravation I went through initially with my insurance company.

      Landmark was great when I got them involved in my insurance claim. Very professional and took a lot of stress off me handling everything. The claim had to go appraisal process and they were great throughout and were able to come through with what I needed from insurance to get it properly repaired. Would highly recommend to family and friends

      Been dealing with this company and its advisors and Public Adjusters for some time now, never have I had a bad experience. You cannot top their professionalism and their communication. Even there desk receptionist is nice and knowledgeable. Do not hesitate to call them.

      I was extremely satisfied with Landmark Adjustments. My Public adjuster was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. He was able to get ** alternate living while our home repairs were being done. We will never deal directly with our insurance company again. If we ever have another claim we will call Landmark Adjustments immediately. Highly recommend this team!!

      We had a pipe freeze event in Dec '23, in Sussex. We got referred to Landmark Public Adjusters from PUBLIC ADJUSTERS Bergen County **. It started out well - the adjuster called us and scheduled a visit right away. He came from ************, which was surprising. He took pictures but no measurements or notes, which was also strange. The only good thing that he did was schedule and setup cleanup, which went as well as could be hoped.After that, communication broke down. The walkthrough with the insurance adjuster was bad, Landmark adjuster did not remember all the damage and had to be reminded. The report he submitted to insurance was missing rooms and specific items. And even though the submitted amount was high, it did not seem to match what the insurance was estimating. This was expected, but also meant the delay of payment.The way it was resolved was a disaster. We had insurance send 2 additional adjusters (one came in AFTER the repairs were done!) and my adjuster did not even bother to come in and was on the phone with the insurance guy. Nobody ever called us for an update.We got tired of it and called the owner, ****. He assured us that this type of unprofessional conduct was not the norm, removed the adjuster we were working with, and said that he is personally taking over the case. He needed a couple of weeks to catch up and get the ball moving.A month after I had to call back and ask what was going on. **** is never in the office but his staff constantly promised that he would call back with an update. Then nothing. After a few more attempts I got a hold of *******, who said he was the office manager. He managed to provide some updates, but it was hard to believe that anything was being done on the case at all.In the end, the payment from the insurance was way below the expectations and actual costs. Landmark got their 15% fees of course, but we are still not sure for what. The process took about 9 months and endless disappointment.

      Totally agree with your post. Unfortunately, we hired him before seeing your post back in July 2023. Landmark, specifically *** has awful communication skills. *** does not answer texts or messages. How is that working for us??? Still have no settlement and been out a kitchen, contents , and lots of $ since June *** wish we never hired him/ this company they are awful!

      They promise everything and deliver nothing extra.**** would get us a better judgement yet delivered basic. As soon as you sign their paper they disappear..They dont get back to you and you have to do all the work yourself with the insurance company *************** us out to dry

      The customer service and the communication has been and still is horrible. ive been awaiting a replacement check since August 2023 to no avail. Leaving message at the ** office and speaking to the receptionist and To y I think it is no call back or follow-up! If your expectations is to have a company fight for you I would advise you select another company.
