    After signing up for this service, they came 1 time. After several attempts to reach them by phone, I was told I would have to cancel this subscription online through the customer portal, which I have not been able to locate. I have attempted to cancel this subscription many times, by phone and by email, and still, every 3 months, they charge me. They seldom answer the phone and never respond to emails.

    I would like to report Shiny Bins Cleaning Service for fraudulent charges on my credit card. I signed up in July 2021 for three visits. They provided our first visit. In October 2021 I followed up twice as that should have been our second visit and no response. In November 2021, I was charged for my second visit without services being provided. I followed up with the vendor and no response. In May 2022 the vendor arrived for services, I spoke to them in person and let them know we wanted to cancel as they had been unresponsive and charging our card without providing services. The guys who were here said ok and left without providing services. I then messaged them as I was charged, again, and wanted to let them know we had cancelled. They then said we had to pay for 3 visits as that was the deal we signed up for, and I had let them know that the guys who accepted our cancellation didn't say that or we would have let them clean the bins in their May visit. No one ever replied to that last message. In October 2022 we were charged again, I tried to reach them and this time, they said the only way to cancel was via their online portal - which no one ever mentioned before. I tried to find the portal and nothing. I sent them screenshots showing the portal was not an option on their website and no one got back to me to help me access my account. In May 2023 - we were charged yet again. I messaged them, again, and they keep telling me to go to the portal but do not provide a link nor will they address the fact that their website doesn't have a customer portal. I let them know that my messages and several requests to cancel over the past two years should be sufficient, but they keep charging. They have not responded since early May. I have been disputing the charges with my credit card company, and they have been great but I can't keep doing this until my card expires in 4 years.
