    Dennis was rude and impatient. He showed up inconsistently and usually hours or days after he said he would be here too work. He requested the balance prior to finishing the job. When we refused he left and never came back. It has cost us thousands of dollars to repair and complete his incompetent installation.

    Mr ****** was given $5000 dollars as a down payment to install an air conditioning unit in September 8, 2022 with the understanding that he would start on September 13, 2022. He cashed the check immediately to "get supplies". He kept delaying the work date and then confessed he used the money for rent and could not do the job. He has not returned the money and did not do any work. We are currently trying to get our money back, but we have not been able to get a hold of him.
