These guys are extremely unprofessional. I tried to set up a will/revokable trust with them and they took months and we're still not done. Contact was sporadic during this process, and they simply did not show up for calls they scheduled with us. I am trying to get a refund but do not have high hopes. I'm very disappointed in Wheatley Pritchard & Associates PLLC. I don't understand how they are in business.

This client had a consultation with our firm, retained our services for estate planning and then it took him and his spouse approximately two years to provide us with the requested documents. In addition, our retainer specifically stated that we will not begin any work on their matter until they made the retainer payment. It took them approximately six months to pay the retainer; during that time we did not work on their case. Once they provided the documents, they expected our office to drop everything and work on their matter. We had a review session scheduled to go over their estate plan which has been fully drafted and of which they received copies. The appointment was scheduled for 10 a.m and they had multiple notices (via email from our office and our scheduling software) that the meeting was scheduled for 10 a.m. They attend the zoom meeting at 9 a.m in the morning and then waited for about 25 minutes before logging off. The husband emailed me stating that they had a meeting at "9 a.m." and I "had screwed up their meeting for a second time". I responded that the meeting is on my calendar for 10 a.m. but that I had just gotten to the office (9:30 a.m.) and is willing to start the meeting early. I waited on the zoom conference from 9:35 until 10:15 a.m and they did not attend the meeting. If supporting documentation is necessary to confirm all of this, it can be provided.
