My name is ******* and while you probably won't remember me, I do remember you. On Sunday 4/28/24 you ( ****************** CO-OWNER) personally provided tow service for me from ***** 166th flushing, ** to your place of business. The impression I got about you was that you were humble, fair, caring (as we spoke about your brother being somewhat of a couch potato), and generally cool until someone pushes you. You told me that my vehicle would be in your garage or bay or your shop or whatever the particular area is called and that the mechanic would check it out Monday morning 4/29/24. Your mechanic Val called me at about 9am to explain the results of the inspection. A couple days ago I got a letter from parking violation, informing me that i had to pay $115.00 for a double parking ticket. I initially thought that it wasn't related to your company at all. I thought a traffic cam caught me or something, until i went to fight it and was presented with proof that a meter maid actually served me the ticket. If i had gotten the ticket after i declined your company's service, I wouldn't have been surprised and I wouldn't be emailing you. I was actually expecting a ticket after the way *** had hung up the phone on me after I declined service since I was sure I annoyed him. He hung up while I was still talking so I didn't get to ask where the car would be parked waiting for me. for sake of remaining characters I will shorten this but the lengthy review can be found on the company's website. I got the ticket at 7:42 am Monday morning. At no point in time did anyone bother to produce or tell me about the ticket. they intentionally withheld it. also, just like other reviewers who went in for a stalled alternator, the mechanic, (Val ) in my case tried to get me to buy a new battery as well. mine was direct from the dealership and I new it was fine so I firmly declined. *** worked with me to offer me a comparable price for the alternator but he wanted to charge $400 for his labor alone.
