If I can give 0 stars I would. Dear Carriers if you want to protect your business please don't ever deal with this company. You are risking being bullied into moving their freight even if lied to. Worked with a broker who lied about his name first red flag. Then we were scheduled to pick up a load out of rincon, ga. The driver were told by broker he had to be there by 3pm to get loaded. Called the broker to tell them we would arrive between 2:45 and 3:00pm. No Answer. So we called the shipper to tell them the exact same thing. They told us if we are not there by 2:45 we would close the gate on us and we couldn't get loaded. My Driver was already doing his best to get there do to traffic in a busy area of savannah. Since driver couldn't get loaded and no answer the broker called me the next day saying someone told us he was loaded. (Lie we called them trying to get loaded.) The next morning I didn't cancel the load tried to work with another one of my drivers to get the load she refused because of how much it was paying. Tried to make her go and get it and she didn't want to based on her drive time. Mind you i have 22 drivers. So I called another driver who was in the area he agreed to pick up the load. Called the broker back not even 15 minutes later and he blocked our phone number and place a freight guard on our MC. Here is the problem you didn't block me because we were late. This clown categorized us as fraud doing business under an MC we are not authorized to work with knowing they verified who we were before handing us the load. This clown made it seem as though we were his problem. So I called the shipper directly and what did he say, Oh yeah that broker we've been having problems with being able to move freight. Oh so now it's my problem you can't seem to get carriers to work with you. I see why.Review fromMike M

Logistic Dynamics still owes $250 on a load hauled for them despite having all of the requested documentation in order to make this payment. This company has been unresponsive to any and all attempts to collect on this debt.Review fromJordan F

DO NOT!! DO NOT!! BOOK ANY LOADS WITH WHAT IS SUPPOSED TO BE A BROKERAGE!! THEY ARE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WILL ADD MORE STOPS ONTO A LOAD UNEXPECTEDLY AND HAVE A HORRIBLE WAY DEALING WITH CARRIERS! WHOEVER IS RUNNING THIS HAS A MASSIVELY UNCHECKED EGO AND DOES NOT UNDERSTAND THAT LOGISTICS IS NOT A SINGLE ENTITY INDUSTRY. THEY WILL OVERLOAD A TRAILER SIGNIFICANTLY OVER WHAT IS LEGAL! THEY NEED TO BE REPORTED TO THE D.O.T. FOR ILLEGAL PRACTICES! THIS IS WRONG BUSINESS HANDLING AND AN ABUSE AND DISGRACE TO THOSE THAT WANT TO MOVE THIS COUNTRY FORWARD BY DELIVERING THE GOODS THAT THE GENERAL PUBLIC USES ON A DAILY BASIS! SHAME ON LDI AND ALL IN THIS FIELD THAT OPERATE AS SUCH! COMPANIES/BROKERAGES LIKE LDI CARRIER PORTAL MAKE THE WHOLE LOGISTICS INDUSTRY LOOK LIKE GARBAGE! DO BETTER!! SOME THINGS MONEY CAN'T BUY! I work for a small trucking company based in Memphis, TN. The issue was caused by a load that was brokered to us from Miami, FL to Louisville, KY. Specifically this brokerage and the agent associated with the order Laura R******** proceeded to book our driver and truck on the load and intentionally had the second shipper overloaded the trailer beyond the legal weight capacity of 80,000 lbs. When the driver was able to reach a scale the load weighed over 90,000 lbs. We kept the broker updated on the load as requested via email. However, they continued to harass the driver via mobile phone even after it was explained that the driver holding a mobile device to his ear without a headset is illegal. To be clear, the driver did not depart from the 2nd pickup location until 10:30 pm EST and was expected to drop at 4 scheduled delivery locations. The driver reported after getting loaded that an extra stop including extra freight was added without proper notification. We had to instruct the driver to take his 10- hour break after this debacle. The following morning when we attempted to correct the improper weight loaded by having the driver return to the second pickup location. The broker agent Laura R******** had ALL freight removed and relayed to us that are services were not needed. With that being said, our drivers time was wasted, we have not been compensated for the 16-18 hour period of getting this freight loaded and the disrespect dealt to our team from LDI logistics a led by Laura R********.

I work for a factoring company and have had a hard time collecting payments from this broker. They keep insisting that for them to send me payment for the loads covered by my clients I have to send them the agreement I have with my clients. This is confidential information and forcing us to send it to LDI is completely anti-competitive behavior. I spoke with Erick M****** and Angela H***** they insisted that I could not be approved to work with them unless they got the agreement I have with my customers... I asked them to provide me a sample from some of their 'approved list of factoring companies' they responded that that is private confidential information and so I asked why is my agreement with my carriers not private and confidential also. What they are asking is the equivalent of a carrier showing the rate confirmation to the shipper and when they go pick up an LDI load and show the shipper how much profit margin/loss LDI may be making on the load they brokered for the shipper. It makes no sense why they would want to know what is in an agreement they are not a party to. By the way all our carrier customers agreed with us and have asked to be placed on the Do Not Use list of LDI. In over 10years doing this, this is the only broker that engages in such anti-competitive behavior that I have run into.Logistic Dynamics LLC

Hi ******, Thanks for taking the time to reach out to us on both the BBB site and ******. Our team wants to know when any load is not delivered as originally designed. Sadly, instances like these occur and our team internally goes over these issues to make sure it doesn’t happen again. As you may know, LDi is made up of numerous Agents across the US, dealing with a large amount of freight and our business currently has a 99% success rate with our loads over a 20-year time-period. We have found that in instances like this, blame can not be put on one side. Looking into this situation, a few things stick out on the driver’s side too. You mentioned “we kept the broker updated on the load as requested” but that is not 100% accurate. Among other things, it looks like due to the driver not having a headset, both parties missed pivotal opportunities to communicate better. We suggest that at this point, all drivers have headsets to promptly communicate and remain on the road. The driver initially told our team everything was fine for a next day delivery at 8 AM. The driver did not inform our team that he had only made his way about 3 hours north (to Fort Pierce) before anything happened. When they did reach out to the dispatch team, it was around 1 AM. Our team tried to call and reach out around 6 AM, to which we heard no response (we’re assuming the driver was likely sleeping during their 10-hour break you mentioned in your review). It looks like the driver didn’t attempt to call the shipper or head back for readjustment (as the facility closed at 2 AM). At this point, it left both sides scrambling for the best scenario. After the driver missed the first appointment at GA (around 8-9 AM) our client lost those sales, and we had to remove the load. A standard TONU was approved yesterday through our team. In hindsight, we could have done things differently on our end, we NEVER want to move freight that is over the limit. It also looks like our team DID forget to send the original industry standard TONU to you when stated (that’s 100% on our team and you should have received it by now). Again, this situation was built from misfortunate circumstances and we will do our best to improve. We hope you give us an opportunity to make it up to you and work with us again.Review fromDejan K.

This company is extremely unprofessional. Our dispatcher had bid on a load with Nathaniel T***** who is an employee of LDI. Our dispatcher was asked to hold the van for ten minutes, which he did. It took Nathaniel fifteen minutes to respond that the load was ready to go, in which time our dispatcher had already covered the van with a different broker as the hold time had expired. When Nathaniel was informed of this he responded unprofessionally stating that our company is a scam, that we are brokers, which we are not, and accused us of double brokering this load. When our manager called Nathaniel to resolve the issue, Nathaniel proceeded to berate and use profanity toward him without provocation. Our manager was trying to deescalate the situation yet Nathaniel continued to use profanity and called him names along with insulting our dispatcher. Our manager was consistently interrupted and could not get a word in before Nathaniel hung up on him. When we went to write a ****** review to warn others of our experience, we noticed that there is a substantial amount of negative reviews toward this company. We thought it would be best to write a formal complaint to the BBB about our experience.Logistic Dynamics LLC
