Water was dripping through basement ceiling. The refrigerator is directly above. Sentry arrived that day. He vigorously turned the water valve to shut off the ice maker line. The dripping stopped. I then noticed that the stem to the water valve was had broken off, which means he just disabled my ice maker. I asked him if he had a new one in the truck. He said he did not but that it was easy to do, and if he came out it would be a $68 visit plus parts that he broke. A part that was under 10 years old and in clean condition. He wrote up a $150 invoice for a 20 min visit. As he pulled from my new driveway, I hailed them to return to pick up a tool they left.
I then noticed a fresh oil stain on my driveway. I gave him the tool and said he was leaking oil. He said, " No, it is water." It was 40 degrees that day! No way his air conditioner was on. I had used this company before - and felt so let down this time. I called again the next day. I told the dispatcher the situation: broken part, oil in driveway, denial of his marijuana stench. She said to buy the $12 part and he would return. I bought the part, called to schedule, and the dispatcher said he will not return because the part was rusty. Good riddance to incompetent arrogance.

This company has the worst customer service possible. I went in to drop off a small kitchen appliance (blender base) to see if they had a replacement part. The female employee kept me waiting for almost ten minutes while on a personal phone call. When she reluctantly came to assist she had no idea and said the guy would need to look at it. I called the next day and was told that he took it apart and didn’t know how to fix it. I said I just needed a gasket or I-trig replaced and there was no need to take it apart. I went in th next day to explain and the guy just started yelling at us and said he didn’t want to have anything to do with us and hollered that we should just take the base and get out. He kept yelling something unintelligible as we were leaving. It was freighting and horrible experience. I would leave zero stars if that was an option.
