"I bought a Laz boy Tripoli Leather sofa Chocolate brown in 2021 and i only had it for a year and a half and the leather is cracking along the inner sides of the cushings and peeling off, I had an estimate and even the guy that gave me the estimate even said that the leather should not have been cracking and flaking off a leather sofa this soon he said it was the material being defective. And Lou the service man told me on another occasion when he was replacing a back for my couch he said i didn't know this was a floor model he then said i can tell you how long this sofa was in the store before you bought it i then helped him turn the sofa and he got some numbers off of the sofa and told me it was a couple years sitting in the store." ...
