On October 18, 2023, December 4, 2023, and December 11, BBB attempted to contact Marion Hill & Associates regarding a pattern of complaints. BBB received complaints concerning consumers receiving emails for an appraisal notice on a vehicle that they did not own. They are also being told they have a debt for a payday loan in which they never obtained. Furthermore, consumers are being intimidated with a notice that would be served directly to their home and are being asked to meet up in person. The consumers of Marion Hill & Associates are disconcerted that this business has their personal information. As of December 21, 2023, Marion Hill & Associates has not responded to BBB regarding the pattern of complaints. BBB has concerns about such business' practices and urges consumers to use caution based on their complaint activity and lack of responsiveness.
