  I found the it fairly easy to use. However had to do some searching for the correct place to put one of the **** form that I received. It wasnt list on the main list. The help questions were not that helpful as far as locating the spot to place info. I think that the list of types of proof of income needs to be more detailed without having to dig.

  If anyone has any hesitation about doing their taxes. This is the perfect website to do your own taxes. The way you are guided step by step and the follow up clarification questions you are asked, are perfect.

  I may have misread it, but I understood the added list of states to have been added to the Free category but once I realized there was a cost, I was going to just do my taxes myself. Fortunately, my husband prevailed with better sense, and said just pay it! He was right; it was definitely worth it. Our return was in our bank account in about 2 weeks, it seems!! Yes Ill use this service again :-) Thank You.

  I am a repeat customer. It is fast and easy to use. My daughter told me about EZ and we both love it. Would not consider using anyone else.

  Well into my late 70s, never have filed doing my own taxes. Decided to see if it is as EZ as they say. It was very, very EZ. Followed the step-by-step instructions, submitted to Fed and State and both were accepted. Paid State still waiting from Fed very small return but is pretty much same as previous years. The cost savings from what ***** charged is approx... $150 from what my Tax Pro. would have charged. The only thing and I don't know if it is because I have done my own taxes, but my Fed. return is taking up to 25 days. Seems like previous years my Fed. return was within two weeks but if ***** will save me $150, I can wait.
