      This company is essentially a middle man between residents and the Board (HOA), however they do not forward emails to the Board in a timely fashion, and sometimes do not forward emails at all. They also did not answer, address, or acknowledge multiple questions I had sent them over a week ago. I emailed NGB a service request on 10/5. Received email from them on 10/6 acknowledging my request. After hearing nothing for over 3 weeks I emailed again on 10/27 requesting an update. Received email from NGB on 10/30 requesting pictures. I emailed pictures on 10/30 and asked: Why did you not ask for pictures 3 weeks ago, and when did you forward my original request to the Board? They have refused to answer more questions. I have reached out to the owner of the company (Isaiah) multiple times and asked the question above, and he responds to my email, but does not answer the questions. Again this is going back to 10/5 and today's date is 11/12. I have also confirmed with a Board member that they were Never forwarded my email from NGB, and no one on the Board ever requested photos. This company's customer service or lack thereof is concerning, and everything requires multiple follow up emails. If you reach out and request an update on anything you are belittled by the staff, even if it's been weeks with no updates at all. Please do your own due diligence and check other reviews across multiple platforms to confirm this is a habitual pattern with NGB. I've also submitted external change requests with this company, and was told I do not receive an approval form until after the work is completed and inspected. This is in fact not true, and I can see that other people do get their approval forms back before the work starts, and that is the proper procedure for External Service Requests. I've also been told by NGB my contractors need to submit proof of Workmans Comp and Liability Insurance, however contractors they use are not required to submit this information.
