    Was told I could only be in seen in-person, due to my symptoms. Scheduled me a telehealth appointment anyway. WHO SCHEDULES SOMEONE WITH SEVERE ******** AND ********* SYMPTOMS FOR A TELEHEALTH APPOINTMENT? I'm pretty sure that's not even allowed, as no telehealth-only company will even let me schedule an appointment. Doctor failed to order my medication, which was a medication I told him I had been denied for by my insurance once already, but he said no worries let's try again we usually have better luck with this mail order pharmacy. WHO MAIL ORDERS SOMEONE'S ******* MEDS WHEN THEY'RE IN DISTRESS? Never got a call from the pharmacy. Called to ask for a new appointment with a new doctor, was told the Director (Laura H***) does not allow patients to switch providers, but that they would call me back. Few hours later I get a text that my pharmacy has a script for the SAME MEDICATION and is currently pending authorization. Talked with someone at the office to explain that I do NOT want this medication, and they scheduled me an in-person appointment. Then I get a voicemail saying that because I left them a bad review on ****** they are canceling my appointment and denying me services. So now I'm without meds, without care, and these people still get to pretend like they care about helping people?! They should be closed down for malpractice.
