      This business was hired by Pick and Pull in *********** to tow away our car. From the moment that the dispatcher ******* or ********* called to confirm the window of pick up and condition of the vehicle, she was a completely rude piece of work. The next day, after waiting for 3 hours and 50 minutes within the assigned 4 hour pick up window, I called the dispatch where the same dispatcher lied that the tow truck is around the corner and should be right there. 45 minutes later I get a call from the driver that he is 7 minutes away. As my boyfriend went to grab lunch after waiting for now 5 hours and left me with the title, keys and drivers license, I met the driver. I told him that I called my boyfriend the minute he told me he is on the way and should be here any second. Can he start the paperwork? He said no, good luck finding someone else and took off. Didnt even wait 30 seconds. He was an hour late past his scheduled 4 hour window. He told me he is not late. Before I could even dial pick and pull to express my wild frustration My boyfriend showed up. Needless to say it was a horrific waste of a day. I already requested a different towing company to serve us. No one in this area should give this horrid company their business and no business should risk their reputation by hiring them to serve their clients.
