We had 15 windows and one sliding door installed in May 2023. You have to chase after them constantly if you need them to fix their sloppy work. The door was crooked and it needed to either be fixed or replaced. After the installation, the installer gave me this elaborate explanation of why the door looks OK and there is nothing wrong with it and got the final amount and left. I contacted ******* who gave the quote and **** up the contract. He was willing to fix the door but it took 5 months before the same installer came to fix it. Did a sloppy job again and left us with the messy white silicon that even covered the pavers on the outside. I contacted ******* again and again to send someone to fix the silicon but never got it fixed.Do not go to this place and pay thousands of dollars expecting a good end result. They will disappear after you pay them and it is a lot of effort to go after them and make them to fix their mistakes.

We had 21 windows installed in 2022 with WW of Reno and one of them began to leak in January of this year with all the heavy rain storms that were happening at the time. We promptly alerted window world to the issue back in January when we observed the leakage into the room. The installer was dismissive that the window was the cause of the water leakage and ignored our suggestion to properly inspect the exterior window/trim via an extension ladder. We then hired contractors to properly look and they found a large gap in the upper window trim. The gap was due to bent window trim flashing and complete absence of caulking suggestive of poor workmanship during the initial window installation process. The contractors also water tested the gap and reproduced the water leakage. Water has been leaking in our home with every storm since January because of their negligence in workmanship during the initial installation and failure to appropriately identify the issue when initially alerted. Despite all the facts, evaluations by the contractors, and photographic evidence, WW of **** has refused to take responsibility for the mistakes they made during the initial window installation in 2022. They continue to deny that the window/trim gap was the source of the water leakage and associated interior damage, despite all the evidence. After much debate, they finally re-did the window installation of the affected window about 3 weeks ago and there is no more water leakage now - which is great! BUT they maintain that they did the re-install as a 'customer appeasement' instead of an obligation, which is actually offensive considering our contract/associated Repair Labor Guarantee with WW of **** mandated that they fix the issue with their window. This demonstrates that they do not truly stand by their 'guarantee.' Such a poor business model with poor customer service. We will be taking legal action if they do no compensate us in a timely manner for the interior damage repair costs.
