"This company leads you to believe they are assisting you to to renew your passport and their wording on their website leaves you to believe you are paying for your new passport as part of the fee you pay them and then they email you to tell you that you paid them $243 for them to help you with the process and you have to pay an additional amount to get your passport. $243 for a few emails by deceiving customers is bad business!"
