      In June of 2022 I had contacted Natura for a Pest Control Service. Our Techncian ******* was a great guy. He did a good job that he was hired for. After the Pest control was finished he Collected from me the amount owed. I paid the amount owed. On his way from leaving I was giving him a Tip he asked if I would want to have monthly payments, I said that would be fine. A couple months later I called Natura and let them know we will just pay the amount when serviced. The gal I talked to on the phone said that was fine and they pulled no more payments out. I had a appointment coming up in September that I called to have cancelled for that time. My husband had got laid off and again She was fine with that. A Few Months later I get a email that for all the months They wanted payment for. Yet no service had yet been scheduled. I was wondering what that was all about. Never did I have or sign a contract. I only signed my payment that was paid in Full. We started contacting through email. At this point I wanted everything in writing not verbal because now they want to send me to collections. Once again I went through all my email from the beginning. NEVER did I sign a contract. On 11-29-2022. The sent me a copy of a unsigned contract. They would always email me Trying to contact me by phone. I at this point was keeping to my smarts to have everything in Writing. They said the were going to send me to collections once again I requested a contract. The told me that they were going to mail me a letter of the contract. So I got the letter 12-3-2022 When my mail arrived at 11:53 a.m. I got my mail and a email I was sent to ARMS collection. When I opened the mail was a contract they say with NO signed contract. Why you ask. Because I never signed a contract.... Caution when doing business with these people. When I first Started with them I gave them a 5 star review and I regret that now. They are not a ethical company. I told them I would pay it if I saw a signed contract.
