    Guess I should have checked here before buying my vehicle at Corwin. They sold us a used car that started having problems in less than 2 weeks, multiple dash lights, black transmission fluid, shot arm control bars that had to be replaced right away. Their only response over and over again was the service manager telling us that buying a used car is a risk. Yeah, buying one from them is a risk because they do half assed inspections and don't stand behind what they send out. Constant repair bills, multiple shops since they won't work in it at their shop. It's been almost a year of nothing but nightmares with this car. One shop even told us to take the car back to them only a month in because it wasn't fixable, but Corwin just said oh well, it's a used car so lemon laws don't apply.

    We understand the inconveniences vehicle repairs can cause. The vehicle passed inspection. However the vehicle did have ******* miles at time of sale. We will be reaching out to come up with a resolution and if open to trade for another vehicle. Thank you for your business and we will be reaching out shortly.

    I bought a brand new truck.It had a recall within a week.It's now been a month.They are rude.They won't answer my calls.I have no idea when I'll have my brand new sixty five thousand dollar truck done

    Recalls do happen unfortunately this one does not have an ETA and General Motors is aware and working on a solution. In the meantime we have provided the customer with a vehicle to drive at no charge for the inconvenience. ************ This is our service manager direct line to his cell phone please reach out if you need immediate assistance. We appreciate your business and will continue to update you as we get news from the recalled part.

    In regards to complaint filed 3/26/24:We didnt get a chance to respond in time. Yes, the client was involved in a NO FAULT accident where she was REAR ENDED in one of the dealerships loaner vehicles. However, we do believe the loaner vehicles we had access to during this ordeal all seem to have similar ventilation issues as our Buick. Why else would these high end vehicles be loaned out? How the client became sensitive to smells is irrelevant, the fact is, by their own admission, there is a smell. An odor that multiple Corwin employees admitted to and stated was unsafe. Now they are stating nothing is/was wrong with the vehicle. Why would we continue wasting our time waiting on a response from Corwin or GM and making the loan payments for a vehicle we dont have in our possession if there is nothing wrong with it? It was our understanding that we were all in agreement that the vehicle needed repairs. No one told us otherwise. Our seeking representation was only discussed after GM cancelled our buyback and we were left without answers, not prior to Corwins unanswered emails/messages. As their customers, were just at a loss as to what to do next.

    It never fails when you take your vehicle to be serviced they always run late. They give you a time and tell you when theyre done and claim will call. That hardly never happens. When I call I cant speak to anyone who isnt my technician. Leave a message and no return call. When I called again, no manager and my technician left!Ive bought 3 cars from them and the sales people are attentive as they want money.Service is absolutely dismal.My next buy will be a different dealership.
