This company was contracted with Invitation Homes so they came and sealed my downstairs bathroom tub (because invitation homes was too cheap to replace it outright). The epoxy they used permeated the entire house and it was so strong that I got a massive headache and nausea. I made the decision to vacate the home for the night. Invitation homes contacted repo renovators and they said the chemical was safe so I did not get reimbursed for my room. I did not feel safe and the smell was STRONG. The worker sprayed the walls of the shower even though that wasn’t what needed to be fixed. Now it is all bubbly and rough looking. The worker also broke the tub stopper and left a white chemical film all over the floor and all the fixtures. The brand new flooring is stained white as well. Don’t recommend this company

We are sorry to hear about your recent experience with our company. We take all customer complaints seriously and strive to address any issues promptly and effectively.

Regarding the issue with the epoxy paint used in your bathroom, we apologize for any inconvenience or discomfort caused by the odor. Our team used the industry-standard resurfacing products for this type of job, and it is specifically for residential use. Typically, a closed bathroom door with the bathroom exhaust fan on is enough to keep any odor contained within the bathroom until the paint is dry. We notified the owner and tenant that there is a 48 hour dry time required before the shower can be used, so the paint is not damaged, but bathroom use can resume promptly, if desired. However, we understand that everyone has different sensitivities, and we apologize if the odor caused any discomfort.
As for the issue with the shower walls, we apologize for any confusion or miscommunication between what the owner approved and you expected to be done in your rental home. Our work order from invitation homes included resurfacing of the tub and the shower walls.

Regarding the damage to the tub stopper and any film left on the fixtures and flooring, we apologize for any inconvenience caused. We were not notified of any damage, or we would have returned promptly to repair or replace the stopper. The tub/shower fixtures were removed to allow full wall resurfacing, so they were not in contact with any kind of chemicals. The flooring was fully masked and taped off to avoid any overspray. It could be that the tape adhesive left a bit of sticky residue that is being taken as chemicals. Our team strives to be as careful as possible when working in a customer's home, and we are sorry that we did not meet our usual standards in this instance.

We take all feedback seriously and are committed to addressing any issues that our customers may experience. We appreciate your feedback and would like to assure you that we are taking steps to improve our services.

Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further concerns or questions.
    Sincerely,
    Repo Renovators
