    Useless company cannot get anything done and lies about it. Waiting to get jacuzzi repaired at *** ***** for months now was told in board meeting firm would be hired that was a lie weeks ago no action taken this problem has been ongoing for 4 or 5 months fix my jacuzzi now !!

    The Board of Directors have been working very hard to get the situation rectified. The Board has also directed management to provide updates through email blasts.
    The Board and I recognize that some owners may become upset or impatient, but we are at the mercy of the vendors.
    The ultimate goal of the board is to get the back spa up and running, even though there is another spa on property for owners to use.
