    I had an amazing experience working with the entire team at the VA Group. From the very beginning, they took the time to understand my business and what I was looking for in my assistant. They provided several vetted candidates that allowed me to select the best one. My assistant is the best! I cannot imagine my business without her. The VA Group team ensures timely communication on every issue, are very helpful and supportive throughout the process. They are a great partner if you are looking for a virtual assistant and especially if you have never used a virtual assistant before.

    Spam calling and emailing. They also won't verify their identity which is a HUGE red flag.

    I have asked several times to be taken off their calling list. They are still calling me in the middle of the night. The VA group, Admin VA’s, Business Coach VA’s… They all point to the same sales person from this company.
