    Please don't be fooled or tricked by their money back guarantee offer during purchase / checkout
    They lie and say the money back guarantee is conditional. They don't mention that during purchase / checkout

    I unsubscribe from the service from the time frame they said and was still charged for it. I tired to appeal the charge but they insisted I was still subscribed. Don’t truest the service. They will still charged you.

    A total scam operation conducted via the Instagram platform intends to take your money and leave you with no recourse to fight back due to their initial corrupt setup. They have charged me twice: a 39.99 coursiv 2025 bundle and the 12-week subscription plan. Make no sense. I received only one invoice and later found out that I was charged twice. Shouldn't the bundle override the scam subscription? The payment system, product options, and advertising, in general, are very confusing. Avoid at all costs.
    They will answer your emails and provide you with a screenshot of their rules, but there is no human on the other side offering an honest explanation.

    WARNING! COURSIV is a SCAM!!! Watch OUT FOR THIS!
    Coursiv, is the worse investment decision I ever made in my entire life. They charged you hidden fees that you did not agreed to. They will not refund you the subscription fees due to their unfair and fraudulent business their running that scam people to give up their money. I experience this fraudulent on hand and I want to warn people not to give money to this business. I lost money to this scam and I urge people not to give money to this business and fell to the same fate like I did. Please be careful and dont let these people fool you.

    This is just cheap AI generated tools. It often doesn't function properly. The "practice" lessons are a JOKE. If you know absolutely NOTHING about AI (me), you might learn something if you're willing to see through the tech issues. But if I had basic knowledge of AI, I'd be super disappointed. Also, their customer service sucks. When I complained about the issues, they basically just said too bad, not even sad about it.

    Coursiv is a total scam! I HALF knowingly (Im a 73 yr senior) purchased something-whatever it was selling as a pop-up ad on my phone - late at night (just before midnight) but NEVER received any link to any training portal...only 2 charges from PayPal on my credit card. ARGH @#$%^&*.
    After I found a charge by PayPal (vs by THIS scamming company) for $39.99 on March 17 on my credit card statement which I thought was for an event that I paid for thru Paypal, I investigated it and found both an initial (first) charge of $19.99 by PayPal on Feb 19 for this purchase AND this 2nd charge of $39.99 again charged by PAYPAL vs by this company; yet i never EVER received ANYTHING directly from this company that gave me a link to the training that I supposedly purchased from CoursIV.io for these 2 payments. SHAME on COURSEIV.io. Please stop it (courseiv.io) from scamming people like they have scammed me.

    Honestly, if you could leave just no stars- I would. I cancelled, and immediately contacted the company via email for a refund of the 49$, but was informed that they will refund only to have 3 times to debit from my checking account today. I found the charge to be shady, and I was informed that my subscription was cancelled, only to find out that they were not truthful with cancelling my subscription. Top of that I told them because I'm a dis-satisfied customer, I'll put a review on here, and then they want to email me back the following:
    Satisfying our customers is very important to us, and I’m sorry our product didn’t meet your expectations. I fully respect your decision and can only apologize for any problems you experienced.
    Regarding the multiple charges, our records show only one successful transaction for the 12-week subscription plan. Could you please share a screenshot of other transactions?
    We’ve processed your refund, and you should expect to see the amount credited to your account in about five business days. If you do not receive the refund within this period, please contact your bank for further information.
    Moreover, I also canceled your subscription with us. However, you can still access our platform until 27 Apr 2025.

    So far so good. The only thing that I wish was a little better is that the first couple of classes where enable with voice so it would read to you. The ones I am in now are not and I have to read everything... not really a big deal but if I had to say anything right now it would be that. But the content of the classes so far make me feel like I can get AI to do almost anything... Can't wait to start really applying what I have learned.
