    Last year, I attended a live event by Selfmasteryco. During the event, I purchased a $3,000 course with one of their instructors. Shortly after, I changed my mind and attempted to cancel and request a refund. Selfmasteryco informed me that, as per the contract, I could only cancel after attending the first session—a remote video call with the instructor—and completing the first week's assignment of the 8-week course. I accepted this condition in order to proceed with the refund process.
    Since the original course timing did not work for me, I asked to reschedule for a future course date. I was told the course runs multiple times a year. However, despite repeated follow-ups, I have not been given any information or updates on when the course would start.
    Some dates to support my case:
    August 2nd, 2023: After my inquiry about the course start date, Selfmasteryco replied:
    "The team has not sent the official date of when the next mentorship group will start. As soon as they provide the information, the team will inform you."
    June 27th, 2024: After a similar inquiry, Selfmasteryco replied:
    "I've requested the information from the team once again. As soon as they update me, I will let you know."
    It is now November 2024, nearly 1.5 years after I first enquired about course dates, and I still have not received any information. I am extremely frustrated by Selfmasteryco’s lack of communication regarding course start dates.
