    I am extremely disappointed with my experience working with Lead Genisis. We were sold a package of leads that turned out to be of very poor quality—many were outdated, unqualified, or completely irrelevant. From the start, it was clear the data was not what was promised. When I initially raised these concerns, I spoke directly with Glenn *******. He acknowledged the poor quality and assured me that we would not be charged for the unusable leads. Based on that conversation, I expected the matter to be resolved professionally. However, weeks later, I received an unexpected email from Christine ******, the company’s Vice President of Operations, demanding payment for the same bad leads we were told we wouldn't be billed for. I responded immediately and explained the agreement I had with Glenn. Christine stated she would look into it—but I never heard back. No follow-up. No resolution. This lack of accountability and communication, combined with the bait-and-switch approach to billing, is simply unacceptable. If Lead Genisis had stood by their word and handled this issue with integrity, I might have considered giving them another chance in the future. Instead, their silence and disregard for our agreement have left me with no option but to warn other businesses. I strongly advise any company considering Lead Genisis to proceed with caution. Based on my experience, they are not transparent, do not honor verbal agreements, and ignore clients when problems arise. I will also be contacting Consumer Affairs to ensure others are not misled or taken advantage of as we were.

    This is an egregious misrepresentation.   Client only wrote this review after multiple attempts to communicate and after his bill was finally sent to COLLECTIONS.  Expectations were clearly set, he was offered payment terms as a courtesy and concessions he never took advantage of.  Glenn was in contact with him at every step and everything is documented.  We've been in business for over 12 years and hold an A+ rating for a reason.
