      Been with Home365 for about 18 months now for my Henderson property in Las Vegas. Their rent guarantee gave me peace of mind when switching from my previous manager. I've had two repair issues, both handled within 48 hours without me lifting a finger. The only reason I don't give perfect marks is that sometimes communication could be more proactive, but the online portal makes up for it with detailed monthly reports.

      Horrible horrible horrible experience. Steer clear of this company. They nickle and dime you for everything and refer to “fine print.” Communication is beyond poor. They pride themselves on technology and their portal. Goodluck. No continuity of management, you are passed on from manager to manager and no one can do their job to completion. This is Pittsburgh based- their vendors are also poor. Disappointed on every experience I had with them.

      We’ve got a property in Decatur, GA and live about 1,000 miles away, so keeping up with repairs and rent collection used to be a constant worry. Since switching to Home365, it’s honestly felt like things are just...handled. They send updates without me having to chase anyone, and the rent’s been showing up like clockwork.

      As a nurse working crazy long shifts, dealing with my Phoenix rental used to drive me nuts. Home365 totally changed things for me. When my tenant called about an electrical issue, they got an electrician out super fast. I don't have to stress about random repair bills anymore, which is awesome when you're working 12-hour hospital shifts. Their app is really easy to use, and I can quickly check on things between patients.

      We’re based in LA and have a single rental in Phoenix. It’s not a big portfolio, so I worried we wouldn’t get much attention. But so far, the service has been steady and professional. There was one month when a payment came in a bit late because of a tenant issue, but we were covered. That kind of backup matters when you rely on that income.

      I’ve got two rentals in Mesa, AZ and used to feel like I was always putting out fires. It’s been about nine months with Home365 now, and I finally feel like someone else is keeping an eye on things. Even little stuff like clogged drains—they just get it done and send me a summary after.

      I live in Boston and inherited a rental property in Vegas from my parents. I didn’t know the first thing about property management, but Home365 walked me through every step. We had some unexpected maintenance issues after the tenant moved out—nothing major, but enough to overwhelm someone like me. Their team broke down the costs, sent photos, and got the place rent-ready again without pushing unnecessary stuff. I never felt like they were trying to upsell me. It’s not perfect, but I feel like they’re on my side.
