    ANIMAL OWNERS BEWARE, they sent my dog home bleeding from the back of the head without so much as acknowledging it.
    My dog has had a skin tag on the back of her neck for two years and has never been a problem with any groomer in the past. I moved to this side of town and wanted to try a new groomer that is closer, biggest mistake ever. After a comprehensive walk through of the dog and specific warnings of the skin tag, they carelessly handled it and caused my dog to bleed profusely. A basic cut and bath takes over 3 hours, and my dog is sent home with dry and crusted blood where what used to be a pink and squishy skin tag. And the dog was still ACTIVELY bleeding upon pickup!
    I notice this and immediately contact the groomer and they show absolutely zero customer service or basic human empathy; not so much as an apology. The owner gave three separate excuses for this, first she says it was just a blow drier. Then she tries to tell me it could've been from combing. With how bad the bleeding is, can you imagine how traumatic that was for the animal? Then they ultimately try to gaslight me that there was already scab there, and it simply came off in the bath. She swore up and down that their "expert" groomer is more familiar with my dog after 3 hours than I after 12 years.
    My vet is telling me that I should be taking her into the emergency vet, and these people won't so much as refund the grooming let alone pay for the vet bills they are incurring me. They now will not take my calls and will not respond to text messages.
    DO NOT TAKE YOUR ANIMAL HERE, they are cold and heartless and have no regard for the safety of your animal, nor the pain and suffering they cause, animal and owner alike.
